Books are collected in red crates at community locations and through book drives organized [...]]]> We’re proud to announce that Significant Elements is the newest location for the Family Reading Partnership’s Bright Red Bookshelf, a program which recirculates gently used children’s books back into the community where they are made available free for families to own. Books are collected in red crates at community locations and through book drives organized by service groups, congregations, and campus organizations. These books are sorted, cleaned and affixed with a label, then set out on bright red bookshelves where low-income families will have easy access to them.

A ribbon-cutting will take place at Significant Elements on Saturday, April 14 from 2-3pm. Please join us for this “grand opening”!
