Store Policy
- All items are sold as is.
- Returns are accepted, with receipt, within 14 business days of the date of purchase in exchange for store credit only. No returns on sale items.
- We will hold an item for two business days without a deposit, except during sale events. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to holds an item for more than two days. Hold items need to be paid for and picked up within 14 business days.
- Purchased items must be picked up within 14 business days, after which they are forfeited.
- Delivery service is available. The delivery fee is $25 + tax within Tompkins County. Delivery to addresses outside of Tompkins County is $1 per mile (round trip) + tax. Mileage is calculated to and from 212 Center Street, Ithaca.
- Electrical and mechanical items should be inspected by a qualified person.
- No warranties or guarantees.
